Sycamore Village Apartments

In my short time here, I have seen a vast number of problems, wasp infestation in the walls, mice seen in and outside the building, The washing machines over soak all clothes no matter the setting, and the dryers take 2-5 cycles, the outside parking area has garbage piled up, the facilities granted to the people were cheaply put in. I get it's cheap, but come on, a scorch mark on the stairs and a few of them on the carpet in the halls. Drains have problems, and the building doesn't seem to be taken care of more than a basic necessity. All in all, it's not the worst place to live, but it's also not the best.

Absolutely wonderful place to live. The location is great, access to downtown, Walmart, and walking distance to places to eat. Oh and did I mention free laundry. The owners are helpful and amazing people.

I recommend against living here. There’s no security cameras for tenants safety and had issues with non-tenants coming in and out taking packages and banging on doors. Property Management was informed multiple times about these disturbances but did little to nothing to address the issues.

Jack was very helpful in my search. He answered all my questions, since it was my first time apartment searching. These apartments were super nice and the renovation is amazing! Great place overall.

Zoe couldn’t have been anymore helpful! Trying to relocate across the country as a single-mom is no fun and we had only a couple days to find our new home and with Zoe it was no problem! Renovations are gorgeous and the community just beautiful. Can’t wait to call it home, especially with such an incredible team! Thanks for everything!
