Probably the easiest real estate transaction I’ve ever been involved with. We purchased an acreage in Iron county and Gabe was the listing agent. Even though we were working without a realtor and Gabe represented the sellers he spent a great deal of time with us, answering questions, making suggestions and touring the property in his SxS.
