Fredericktown License Office

Young ladies working here are very pleasant and efficient. In and out for a new vehicle purchase/title application and plate transfer from my old vehicle in about 15 minutes.

Just go to a different license office. This place is a mess. For such a busy town, there’s only ever one person working — and they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They messed up our titles, which had to be sent to Jefferson City for “approval.” We waited two months and heard nothing. I finally called to follow up, and they acted surprised — said that was strange and called Jefferson City… only to find out NO ONE had even looked at our titles. “Abby” from the office called me back saying they'd be ready in a few days. Shockingly, they actually did show up — but the whole system feels totally broken. Oh, and if you're not into loud Christian pop music blasting from the back room, good luck.

The girl here was so sweet and so helpful. I had called them and after having the worst experience at the dmv in Ironton Mo and I drove the 20 miles and the process was quick and painless. Always go here instead of the one in Ironton

Vast improvement over the former office. No complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful
