Sutton Landing is a beautiful complex offering many amenities that make you feel like you are part of a community. Sam the leasing agent is welcoming , very knowledgeable and kind. He goes above and beyond to answer any questions to help in making your decision and making the process to your new home simple and easy!

Sammy is great, place is beautiful. Snow removal was impressive. However, walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Alarm clocks, tv, conversations, regular everyday noises transfer right through the walls. Have to wear headphones and ear plugs.

We’re very happy with our decision to move into Sutton Landing. Sam has been very honest, giving us very useful hints and suggestions. He has answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would recommend this community to all.

Sutton Landing is absolutely beautiful! Sam is awesome! So upbeat and personable! He made my son and I feel like we knew him for years! We cannot wait to move in and begin enjoying our new home!! I definitely recommend Sutton Landing if you are looking for a fresh new start with great amenities!!
