I have had a wonderful experience moving to this property. Management has been extremely helpful and informative. My new place truly feels like home. The safety is so comforting. My neighbors are very friendly and the property is clean and very well maintained. The views are breathtaking. I truly recommend applying here for a place you can enjoy and call home. We’re a little more than a month in. Our apt is beautiful. Everything works great. We’ve had plenty of rain, but no issues with flooding. The grounds are well maintained. We’re very happy here! Let me take a minute to mention what an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Kevin. He was professional, polite & punctual. Top Notch!

I have been here close to 3 months now, I’ve been reading the reviews and they can’t be further from the truth. Kevin the leasing agent was amazing to us the entire time, even when we didn’t think we would get it he gave us hope. The apartment itself is beautiful, everything works great in my apartment, AC, heat, and the maintenance dept did an absolutely amazing job. When we moved in we had an older thermostat and I asked if they can please install a new one, within ONE day I had the stat installed, and I’ve been here for rain never seen the lot flood. We just put the heat on for the first time and on 68 it’s like living in a desert the heat works too good. Last but definitely not least the views, your back yard is the bay, you look right you see fire island and across is Sandspit marina
