Sutton at Shelby Apartments

The apartments here are nice, only problem is the parking lot like it be 4 people above upstairs have two sets of vehicles and it's not fair that it takes up parking lot space.

Sutton@Shebly has the best management. Mrs Lawanda is very professional, and it shows how she manages the property. The community is quiet( Besides the airplanes and V8s). The 3 BR townhomes are so spacious.NO hanging out, NO loud music. The children have curfew. Grounds are kept up. Dumpers maintained. No trash on property. Permit parking. Overall, it was a great place to start over.

Ms. Lawanda is AMAZING!!! She made me feel right at home the first time I met her! Her attitude and hospitality is TOP NOTCH!!! Ms. Lawanda really did a great job remodeling these apartments! They used to be trash! Now these apartments are BEAUTIFUL and not hood!!! The Sutton at SHELBY do have a strict residential policy, however, I’m here for it!! on site patrol officers, cameras, you must have a parking decal (if not, your car will be towed). Thank you Ms. Lawanda! I am happy to become one of your residents!!!!

My stay at Sutton at Shelby has been wonderful. And is continuing. They are very spacious and modern. The rent is reasonable. Pay your rent on time and be compliant with the rules that are in place to help maintain the quality of the property you shouldn't have any problems. If something needs fixing they are on it. I appreciate the opportunity to stay at Sutton at Shelby. I highly recommend.💯

The year and few months I’ve been here has been the best! When I first moved over here, being from Memphis, I was skeptical about these apartments because I knew the past life of them. When I saw how nice and updated they had become, I knew this was where I needed to be. Ms. Reed, in the leasing office, was so helpful getting me in as quickly as possible without any issues. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to orders as well and keep the grounds clean. With 2 laundry units on grounds, that made it easy for me as well! The neighborhood is actually quiet and the neighbors are friendly and to themselves. I would definitely recommend living here!!
