I was assisting my mother with a vacation rental (24242 Santa Clara #23 Dana Point, California 92629 that was managed by Jesse Brossa and Jodi Chapman of Surterre Properties. Move in day we were informed by a neighbor that the man that owned the condo next door was mentally ill and was having terrible events of psychosis and hallucinations. We were told the police had been to his condo 7 times in the last month and that he was recently arrested and taken to a mental care facility. The police had removed a gun from the property that he owned for fear that he would hurt himself or someone else. We were also told that he would be released soon and that if we saw him to just ignore him and not to discuss anything with him. There is no barrier between the property that my mother was rentin
