South Cove is really crossing foot bridge away from Doheny State Beach, and walking distance to Dana Point Harbor shopping and restaurants, and beaches, surfing, SUPing, kayaking, hiking with ocean view are just a part of list of your activities, or just relaxing at the oversize balcony with ocean breeze. There are upper scale hotels, Waldorf Monarch Beach Resort and Golf, Ritz Carlton and Laguna Cliff Marriott, as wells as 2 new proposed within harbor renovation plan, but it still has small harbor town atmosphere. The construction of new condos present good quality and great value. There is no new beach community still under 1 million.
Modern. Beautiful. Tastefully designed and the location is too die for. 5 minute walk from Dana Point harbor and Doheny Beach. Gotta love it.
