best place ever so fun there are a bunch of kids outside ur children will have fun good houses good rent 10/10 and they have an after school program

Was interested in renting here because it is near my elderly Mother's home. I drive by Sunset Heights Apartments often, and I am discouraged from moving in there. Too often, there are people loitering out front. Too often, there are residents walking across the street to the liquor store, day and night. I once had to call the police, because a man was passed-out outside the liquor store; I went inside to inform the store owner, and he told me that "they come from the apartments across the street". Very discouraging.

Tried getting into these apartments in 2015, kept being turned away. Now they say waitlist closed on their website in 2016! The people who work there are a bunch of liars and only move in their friends and relatives. National Core had an issue with this at another property and kicked them out. I am on the waitlist for Valencia Grove in Redlands that is not finished yet through the housing authority. From this experience from Sunset Heights, I rather live in small town Redlands where I went to high school than live in stuck up overly crowded urbanized Rancho Cucamonga. Peace!

I was thinking of renting there because my friend lives there but everytime I go by there is a bunch of people hanging out outside in the parking structure and being loud and music, I changed my mind, no thank you. My friend is looking to move out herself. I dont blame her.
