Parking on the street is a nightmare. Your lucky to find a spot to squeeze into only if someone leaves. The flooring in my friends apartment was peeling up in the dining area and the place looks like it needs an overhaul big time. I guess seniors don't complain enough to get the quality renovations

Do not move here. If you want to worry about having to park on the street with limited parking with others that don't know how to park and potentially get your car stolen. I know my car was stolen having to park on the street right by the apartment. You will not feel safe. You are also lied to that there is not any spaces available inside. The office people are too lazy to update the waiting list for parking so those who really need a space can have one

I lived here for 7 years and my cat and I loved it. The managers bend over backwards to help you out. The pool is clean and very quiet. Any time I needed something done, maintenance was on it. Loved the large walk in closet and garden like setting. These apartments are perfect for seniors and are one of the lowest rents in Rancho Cucamonga.

Real nice and quiet.Do not park your car in the back or they would tow it

This is the most horrible place I’ve ever lived in. Worst experience of me and my son live. Management and office manager are very rude. Also, the parking is a joke. Will get your car towed without notice and people are so nosy, and don’t know how to mind their own business always worry about what others are doing. And have the nerve to say mature adults. Here’s nothing mature about this place..!!!
