Sunridge Townhomes

I was very skeptical moving here and back on this side of town. But I knew Ms. Avis from past experience so I decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did. These townhomes are absolutely breathtaking inside. Beyond spacious. I haven’t had any problems with noise, neighbors, or the atmosphere. My only critique would be some of the pot holes but it’s also over our city sooooo.. The last critique would be lighting. Maybe a little more light outdoors throughout the complex & more landscaping with beautiful flowers for more curb appeal. Other than that, Sunridge is home. Ms. Avis always goes the extra mile. If you’re looking for a home, you won’t be disappointed.

Communication was excellent. The rental process was fairly easy. She was able to answer all my questions even though I felt like I was calling frequently. She was very patient with me and energy was always great. Look forward to an amazing stay here!

For the entire month of December I’ve had to deal with sewage coming up from the toilet and tub in my downstairs restroom every time I shower upstairs or wash clothes. This has been a big inconvenience for me and my children and a health hazard. There is other peoples waste coming up daily in my home. I’ve put in multiple work orders and was told that plumbers came out and fixed the issue, but it is still happening. I’ve seen the plumbers come out, but I’m still dealing with this issue to this day. I’ve not been able to comfortably live in my home because of this and it has caused me emotional distress. Sunridge is an awesome community. It’s quiet and the floor plans are unmatched, but it’s been so hard dealing with this issue and I still have to pay rent even though I’m having to shower a
