Sundance Trails

My daughter lives here and I wanted to take a moment to show appreciation to the current team that is here. There has been a total turn around time. Finally a manager and team that holds the residentss responsible. The hallway and ground keeping were awful. Now our hallways are clean, we have access to our pool and spa and the team is on top of it. They have such cute resident events. Last week we attended a paint and sip. It was nice to get to know my neighbors. Hopefully this momentum continues. It really is a beautiful place.

I try not to write reviews often unless it's for a special great/terrible experience. This is by far the worst experience I have living in apartments. *Edit* I would like to include that since this post two weeks ago, I have emailed the manager Jasmine twice and have not received a response on an email chain she was responding too. So I greatly appreciate your commitment to maintain communication. Employee mishandled and lost my money order for security deposit. Red flag #1. Manager shared intimate information regarding employee than proceeded to tell me she could not verify the information she verbally confirmed in writing twice. Red flag #2. Straight up lied and changed stories about attempting to help recover money. Ignored very direct questions regarding account balances until she

She answered every single last question I had, ushered me through the process and made sure it was all done properly!! GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE YALL!! one of the best crew ive seen at this place, jasmine is the most reasonable manager i have seen im seeing comments on how bad this place is but i trust its all a lie. bella is the sweetest and so personable, alec is very honest and kind kimary is defiantly a go getter and strong hearted. this place makes you feel so welcomed and at home

Needed to find a place fast and was close to family in The Villages, after shopping at a few I was sold at Sundance. I wasn't in the state but had my family go look at it for me, and they met Sherica first. And she was amazing! Walked my mom around and helped describe the place to me on FaceTime. This place is VERY busy as it is brand new and just built. That being said Sherica is on top of it getting me what I needed to make my move from out of state to here very smooth. She Went to the exact apartment i was going to rent and took pictures for me to help get a better idea of all the things I was moving in. The apartments are laid out great and everything is new, even the Panda Express and 7-11 that are in walking distance. I am happy I chose this place, Thanks to Sherica and every
