Tyrannical HOA. Pool is a bathtub. Drunk drivers rampant. $114k in blown reserves, no receipts and they will make your life hell when you question them. Not a place for families. "Lakes" is very misleading, they are junky runoff ponds that you don't even have access too. If you are looking for "lakes", check out The Ponds across town.
A lovely neighborhood, has been very well maintained for about 20 years. Knightsville elementary school, DuBose, Summerville HS are really, really great schools. Conveniently located shopping, gym, preschool.
On a drive through, although the homes and lots appear small, all the properties are neat and well maintained...nice neighorhood
If u like a place where the houses are close together n ur neighbor knows ur business it will do.
Great subdivision with very nice homes and great amenities!
