We had a phenomenal experience with Summit Oaks Builders and ended up with the home of our dreams. The entire process from design to build went off without a hitch and we even ended up doing our final walk through a month ahead of schedule. Here’s where it gets better, while every new home, with every builder has little issues, and while our neighbors were fighting to get their builders to fix their issues, we just notified Summit Oaks and usually within 48 hours we had someone out resolving things for us. We notified Greg of a paint issue on one of our front facia boards last week a full year and a half after our warranty was up. We have had several custom homes built over the years but our experience with Summit Oak Builders has been wonderful. The team is one of the best. They are careful with all details and honesty & integrity guides their business. Greg helped make our vision come true and Erica (our amazing designer) ensured that we made good choices throughout the home. Clay was the superintendent and did a wonderful job, Jeff compiled all our requests for specialty items, Cherie helped us stay on track with payments and James has helped us with any pickup work that has needed to be done. We love the house and have had a great experience with Summit Oak Builders.

We built with Summit Oaks 3 years and it was by far the best experience we could have asked for. Every individual in the office/team was so knowledgeable, kind, full of integrity, and honestly made you feel like a priority. The owner paid close attention to the details, the designer gave us so many beautiful options and was so creative in her approach, the project manager was on top of every contractor expecting nothing less then top notch work.
