Summerlin Ridge Apartments

We lived in a 2-bedroom apartment here for about three years and absolutely loved it. We never had any issues, and whenever maintenance was needed, they handled it very quickly. I really appreciated how involved they are with the community & they always hosted fun events for residents throughout the year. Overall, it was a great experience

I'm not a resident but I was a prospective one, and I was looking to move from out of state. I met with Joanne and Stephen on two different scouting trips and both were wonderful ambassadors for the community which only reinforced my decision to move to the area. Ultimately I ended up selecting a different property, which was due more to other circumstances rather than any shortcomings with the complex. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering this area.

I absolutely love living here.Summerlin is a quiet and well-maintained community that also boasts an amazing staff. Kristi, Rihannon, and Willie are just awesome! They are incredibly friendly and responsive. The townhomes are spacious and have beautiful finishes. I plan on staying until I purchase a home and if that doesn't happen, I am more than happy to stay @ Summerlin.

Stephen and JoAnne are literally so amazing and so sweet. I was overwhelmed trying to find an apartment to move into on a time crush due to changing jobs, and they were so responsive and helpful! The complex is beautiful and in a good location, and Stephen just makes the complex even better! I'm so glad I moved here!

Stephen Pledger was amazing. Tour and application process was very smooth and easy thanks to him! Very good experience!
