Great community, friendly neighbors, and comfortable apartments. Management is receptive and attentive, and the maintenance staff is thoroughly competent. The usual complaints I have had, regarding other properties, generally aren't an issue here, as residents' needs are a priority. Would recommend moving here if you don't mind living near downtown.

It was a little rough in the beginning because we did experience a mold issue, but the support and resolve we have received while navigating through it has been unmatched. The staff assisted with the process of moving us to a different unit and this one is amazing! The old unit received a complete tear out and rebuild of the affected area to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. The complex is quiet, clean, and safe with plenty of parking. We are enjoying our time here.

I called for maintenance and Darrell was very prompt! Not only was he prompt, he was efficient and very kind. I could definitely tell he knew what he was doing! While we don’t have many issues, Darrell has always been the most reliable, and most knowledgeable person to come take care of our apartment needs. It’s really nice knowing there’s someone here who actually does what they say they’re going to do!
