I have rented a house in Gulfgate on Whitesands from Stringer management For a year and a half, and it has been a wonderful experience. We rarely have issues, but if we do their response is immediate. .I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about Stringer Management This is definitely not indicative of Most rental management companies in the area so this has been quite a relief. The office staff is friendly and prompt and Robin is absolutely outstanding. They have a tenant portal that makes service requests easy. If you are considering renting from Stringer, you definitely won’t be sorry.

As the time of Thanksgiving approaches, I want to express my gratitude and thankfulness for Robin de Busk, Stringer Management, and for the wonderful condo I now call home. I moved in during the summer. The condo is lovely, the community peaceful, and the neighbors friendly. But, then, October came, and I was informed by the HOA that there would be a total cast iron repipe. I had no idea what that meant. But, soon found out that it meant walls, ceilings, floors being torn out, all pipes replaced, toilets moved, vanities torn out, dry wall replaced. I was operating in high anxiety mode. That is when Robin stepped up so professionally. She met with me with a notebook to get more details and go over how she would handle the process. Robin personally went to Lowe's to verify the vani

In the 4 years we have rented from Stringer Management, we have mostly dealt with Michael Sorenson, and recently Rebecca Krauss. When maintenance is needed they have responded quickly and taken care of issues. As renters we recommend SMI.

Stringer Management, Inc. has been a very friendly, dependable, company to work with. I am grateful for their reminders and their maintenance scheduled appointments.
