Just a bunch of ugly cookie cutter development houses. Such a shame because this area used to be so pretty.
Liked the high ceiling and open view stairs concept. Evans Model was well designed. Adding basement would cost $700K+
Went to look at their model homes. They have two models to look at. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. Looks like it's going to be a very nice community.
One of the best community and model houses are too good
The landscaping is the big draw back with builder . Almost all houses has the lawn issues.
