Stoney Creek Village Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 3 months, first place I’ve lived without roommates. It’s a nice quiet area, they worked with me when I first signed the lease. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, management gets back to you very quickly. If I ever had an issue it was resolved very quickly. The biggest sell for me here is how much it is surrounded by nature and while walking it literally feels like you’re in part of stoney creek. Reasonably priced for a nice area, I can see myself definitely renewing my lease and staying here for sometime.

My wife & I have lived at Stoney Creek Village for 11 years. With having lived at several other complexes we can say this one is the best we have lived in. We have truly made the community our home. Any issues we have had have been resolved by maintenance usually the same day. They are fast, efficient & polite. The front office communicates wonderfully and is very attentive and kind. The entire staff goes well above and beyond for their residents. The apartments are spacious and don’t feel like typical apartments. We will definitely be staying here for years to come.

I have lived in two apartment complexes and this one was by far the best. We lived here for almost three years. The community was quiet and I enjoyed the apartment space. I never had any issues with neighbors. I loved the pond and the ability to walk around. Nicole and maintenance were quick to reply when I needed something. I never had any major issues, but they were always happy to help. I can't recommend here enough, I greatly enjoyed living here!

Nicole and the maintenance team are amazing. They have worked with us on a lot and have been flexible. This is a very nice complex and it has been a joy to live here over the past two years and now going into our third term. I'd highly recommend this complex over any in the area. 100% Worth a drive over to visit and check out the units.
