Stonewood Apartments

The location is central to many parts of town. The prices are some of the best I've seen. There is a built in fireplace with central AIR and heat. The apartment it's self os fairly spacious. Nothing but good experience here. Ask for joey when you sign! Great guy

I lived here for almost three years. The apartments are relatively new and nice. There are many hidden fees that they won't tell you upfront. Every year, you have to pay a trash fee and when we moved out they charged us $300 for carpet cleaning and painting the walls, which they never mentioned to us before. Also, most of the apartment had hardwood floors except for the two bedrooms, so I don't understand $150 for cleaning the carpet of just two rooms! Also, the management sucks. It takes forever for them to come and fix an issue. There is a pool by the apartment, which is not supervised by anyone. During the summer, there was a pool party every day at the pool. I have lived in Stonewood apartments for the past year now and I have had a wonderful experience. My apartment has had minor problems which have promptly been fixed with maintenance. It is within 2 minutes from ruby memorial hospital and the surrounding area was very nice and clean. Parking is slightly limited so sometimes I have had to park in the guest spots, but that was not a huge problem for me. I have lived in a few apartments in the morgantown area, but this one has been my favorite so far!

The leasing agents for Stonewood Apartments are amazing!! My current lease ends this month leaving me with limited time to find a place to live. Lindsay one of the leasing agents for Stonewood Apartments was a great help; she was able to secure the one bedroom apartment that I wanted. Lindsay has made this transitioning process stress free and smooth as well as discussing other options with me if the original plan didn't work. I appreciate her communication and honesty throughout the whole process. Thank You again Lindsay !

I moved in two weeks ago, and I can't seem to get an answer about the carpet cleaning in my apartment. The workout area has old equipment and hardly anything is working. I see people letting other people in to the gym and pool that apparently doesn't live here. People park there vehicles right next to your car door so you can hardly get in your car!
