State On Campus Morgantown

My son just moved in for sophomore year at WVU. What a place! I want to live here! Nice apartments, clean grounds and common areas, workout room, rail trails and the river just outside the door. Staff is super helpful- even before moving in- and during move in. All kinds of goodies on move in weekend for parents and kids( water energy drinks, snacks, dishwasher detergents, shower curtains and rings, 🧻, and paper towels. Big plus, they don’t have to move out every summer- saving that hassle and expense/hassle of storage. We are very happy my son and friends chose State as their place to live.

Move-in was so easy! The apartment was in great condition. Whatever small fixes I wanted, I got those done quickly and promptly. The staff is always super helpful. All the amenities are great as well. Being an international student, moving into a fully furnished, well equipped premises and friendly atmosphere made settling in very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is my second year living at State & I have never had an issue. It is a great location to walk to campus or even drive to the stores and sporting events. Parking is secure and covered. The rooms are very big, you have your own bathroom and the kitchen has everything you would need or want as well as your own laundry and unique furniture in the living room.The building has great amenities & great staff who are helpful whenever I need a package or maintenance. They also provide several days where they bring food trucks to our building as well as have theme days with gifts in the lobby. Also, I recommend if you have a pet, State is the place for you!

State on Campus is the greatest apartment complex you could ask for. The front desk workers are super helpful and kind! They always have fun activities and the amenities are amazing! If you go to WVU, go State or go home.

I have had multiple OUTSTANDING interactions with the team at State!!! Any time I’ve needed assistance or clarification; it has always been met with attentiveness, confidence, and kindness. Most notably, I’ve had wonderful conversations with Lexi, Morgan, and Jaymie, the office staff who always knows just how to help! (I’d also argue that this showcases amazing management, although I don’t know if I’ve met the managers specifically. Thank you, management!) For anyone moving to Morgantown; this is the place to be!! Thank you, State team!
