WARNING! DO NOT LEASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!! These people are scam artist! I leased a property from them with a $1650 security deposit and got $637.50 back of my security deposit. Not only did I leave the place in better condition than I received it I shampooed carpets and the whole nine yards...I'm being charged for preexisting conditions! Absolutely unacceptable!! ZERO STARS needs to be an OPTION. Warn the people who work hard for their money only to be nickel and dime-d by preexisting conditions undisclosed to those leasing, exterior tape, I never once taped anything inside or out! Sucking!! Flower box was cared for by the property company and was over grown when I moved in. NEVER once planted a thing out there! The AUDACITY!!

I have lived here for almost 1yr now and just renewed my lease! I love it here! The office staff is amazing and has helped me with every request I’ve ever had. And I can not say enough about the maintenance staff! Every problem or request I’ve had is NOT put off whether how big or small, it’s always been addressed quickly and efficiently! Great walkways for nightly walks, a gym with a variety of equipment, dog areas for your pets to run and play, a heated pool (that could be 10-15’ warmer, lol), and it’s a perfect location, right in the middle of everything. The open floor plan and high ceilings are fantastic! It’s a great place to live!

We have lived at I Inverness cliff for almost 5 years. We have always enjoyed the property and our apartment. We have always been treated well when it comes to any issue with the apartment and Any issue is handled promptly. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. Nature trails lots of trees. Resident here are so nice to one another. I would like to acknowledge one person in particular that is a new hire to Inverness cliffs…. Our new and amazing manager, Adam. I can’t even list all the things that he has done to improve this place. Once Adam came onto the scene, he started fixing the Things important such as our Gates. Not only did he install the gates, but he also installed the cameras. It’s so nice to feel safe. And that’s just one thing he corrected. He’s always thinking and thinking

New staff at Pecan Springs is very competent and attentive with maintenance requests. Since they have taken over, I do not wait days for maintenance to be addressed. Office staff is friendly and have an upbeat attitude even with some residents that are mad for no reason.

Very Inconsiderate Management team!!! I've been living at INVERNESS CLIFFS for over 4 yrs and I have throughly enjoy it for the most part but I was recently forced to move out of my apartment because they needed to Renovate it and that's completely understandable but they have transferred me into a downstairs unit where water and mud floods right into my front door every time it rains. This is the most disgusting and awful thing I have ever experienced living in an apartment. I pay extremely too much money a month to come to a home that I don't enjoy. I asked them to transfer me to another unit that’s upstairs and that’s available right now but they wouldn’t even consider it. I have contacted my lawyer and I will be breaking my lease and moving out as soon as possible.
