Stonebridge of Arlington Heights

Don't waste your money on Stonebridge! I lived there for 4 years and the apartment complex became less luxury and more poverish. The only good thing i can say is that there is no breed restrictions for dogs. Now on to the negatives where there is ALOT. Your neighbors will steal from you! Even though there is a parcel place to pick up your packages people are in there stealing all the time. If any of your neighbors have bugs you automatically get those bugs, your home will never feel clean. The maintenance/leasing office will show up to your apartment whenever they feel like and will go inside without being invited in with no warning. Lobbies have children running wild all hours of the night being extremely loud also going door to door to sell whatever things they made or baked goods. Nei

My fiancé and I met with Delilah here at Stonebridge. She was absolutely amazing every step of the way. From viewing units to actually finding the right unit. She didn’t just say she cared about what we were looking for. Instead she showed that she cared and assisted us with finding the best unit. Highly recommend her for any apartment needs. Hands down the best we’ve ever had!

This place is a scam. Calling it “luxury apartments” is insulting to the true luxury apartments that are out there. Cockroaches are everywhere in the buildings and in the apartments, and the appliances constantly break. The “maintenance” crew is probably just unqualified people they found on the side of the street. They never truly fix anything. The apartment above ours was leaking water, causing mold and water damage on the ceiling, and all they did was paint over it. What a joke. The washing/drying machines constantly break, probably because they bought the cheapest ones possible. It takes them days/weeks to come fix them, and when they finally do, they do a horrible job. Stone Bridge Apartments has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. There’s a serious cockroach infestation—not only in the units but in the hallways and stairwells too. The trash valet service is a joke. Sometimes they only come once a week, and because of that, neighbors leave their garbage in the hallway for days. Garbage fluid leaks onto the floors, staining the hallways and making everything smell terrible. Pest control is just as bad. They’ll give you a couple days’ notice to completely empty your kitchen because they’re “coming,” and then they just never show up. You’re left living in filth for no reason. The leasing office is unhelpful and disorganized, and they don’t seem to care about the ongoing issues. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I had been looking for an apartment to call home and had been struggling to find a good place. When I came here for my apartment tour I was immediately warm welcomed. Delilah was AMAZING!!! She throughly explained and showed everything. She made sure I had everything I was looking for. Such a great experience. Thank you Delilah for making my experience great.
