Great for Families! I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. It’s clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The maintenance team is truly outstanding — they respond very quickly and fix any issues right away. Their service really gives peace of mind. Another thing I really appreciate is that they organize at least two fun community events in every month. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and makes the community feel welcoming and lively. The apartment is also a smoke-free environment, which makes it even more comfortable and healthy for families. If you have kids, this is definitely a place to consider because it’s very close to Greenbrier School, making school drop-offs and pick-ups very co

I’ve lived at the Pointe Apartments for almost 20 years, and the management team has always been very helpful if there is an issue. The maintenance team is excellent too. Any issues I’ve ever had have been handled professionally and in a very timely manner. The monthly events are a great way to connect with friends and meet new ones. Wonderful place to live!!

We’ve been happily living here for the past three years and have had a great experience overall. Maintenance is always helpful and very quick to respond whenever something comes up, which we really appreciate. The front office staff are consistently kind and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The apartments themselves are nice, especially for the location and price. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and we would definitely recommend living here!

Amazing place to live at! Compared to other places I've been at, I see a huge positive difference here. Staff is very nice and helpful, communication is great, maintenance fixes issues quickly, clean buildings and overall area, parking lots and sidewalks are cleaned immediately after it snows, quiet area and never any issue with neighbors, there's always dog poop bags, monthly events are great and truly bring that community vibe. There's a fitness room with a lot of machines & equipment, pool, and office room. I have no complaints at all!

I reside at The Pointe Apartments in Arlington Heights, IL, and I absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing, and that includes the maintenance crew as well. They are incredibly helpful, responsive, and never miss a beat when something needs to be addressed.
