Stone Mesa Luxury Flats

My review after 3 months: I've been able to experience working with the Managers, Maintenance, Bills, and Facilities. There were small issues when I first moved in but they've all gotten resolved thankfully and I can safely say that I'm glad to be living here. Shoutout to Melanie, the new manager - she's been seriously on top of things so far and trying to make improvements.

Highly would not recommend. Our Family friend lives here that we check on regularly. The grounds and inside halls and the elevator are disgusting due tenants allowing their pets to urinate and crap in the hallways or elevators. Parking seems to be nightmare because of how it’s built. Management does not answer emails in timely manner or at all. Which is absolutely unacceptable because if a tenant needs help or questions it will go unanswered or delayed. Maybe more help is needed. Maintenance the gentleman is nice but when putting in requests you don’t know when they will come or any confirmation that maintenance is on its way. Maintenance sometimes doesn’t come at all either or days later. It’s nice apartments inside of apartments but the upkeep needs to be better when it comes to pets and

Dear [Apartment Management/Leasing Office], We just moved in and are experiencing major issues with the apartment from day one. Upon arrival, we discovered that the front door did not lock properly. As I explained to the front desk employee, I have a baby at home and my husband is currently deployed, so safety is a serious concern. Instead of offering help, she responded rudely, saying, “I’m being called, so calm down,” and informed me that no one could come fix it. This response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, especially given the urgency of the issue. In addition, we are now dealing with significant electrical problems. I’ve visited this apartment building as a guest, and I honestly don’t understand how it’s marketed as “luxury.” There was urine and dog feces left in indoor common areas like hallways. Which is against health code!! The smell lingered, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned promptly. Not to mention the trash that sits in the hallways. During my visits there were loud disturbances, including late at night and early in the morning, making it uncomfortable even to spend a short amount of time there. As a visitor, the overall environment felt poorly managed and unsanitary. If this is what guests see, I can’t imagine what it’s like to live here full-time. Stone Mesa Luxury Flats is a wonderful place to live! And our maintenance needs are always addressed promptly and completely. The staff is awesome and friendly and the amenities are great. The staff is also facilitating resident mixers - a way to meet and greet our neighbors which is an awesome idea! Thanks for being the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever had the pleasure of living in! 💯😁
