Everything here has been great. The maintenance staff is very polite and responds quickly taking care of everything. Rick, Milan and Deshawn are all amazing and very kind and helpful. The leasing office Karen and Mariami has been amazing with any concerns we bring up to them.

Best apartment in which I have ever lived. Reviewed in the year 2026. *Good highway access. *Walk 1/2 mile to the New Jersey Transit train station. Train station has plentiful parking using a cell phone app to reserve. *Best value in cost per square foot. *Gym in club house. *Ample parking. *Walkable by sidewalk to many parts of the rental community and on Tillman Street to the neighborhoods of Raritan. *Amazon delivery locker near the clubhouse. *Electric vehicle chargers. Areas to improve: *The rental payment web page ClickPay needs to be logged into and updated when rent increases each year and to add to the increased security deposit after rent increases. A better rental management software would make it easier for residents. An automatic rent adjustment feature would be best. *Gate i

I NEVER leave reviews but the people at Stone Bridge feel helpless! Please help! Today all of the buildings locked and none of the doors would open. My neighbor with a knee injury was stuck outside with bags, in the cold. Someone called and told maintenance and no one ever came. The front desk finally answered and were rude to my neighbor on the building next door. No one EVER came. 25 minutes later the doors opened again. This happens all of the time. No one cares, nothing gets fixed, you are bound by a lease and then thrown to the wolves. It’s unsafe here, dirty, and people are stranded outside by the dozens constantly through the winter. I live in building 8 and people smoke inside, teenagers make threats and torment their neighbors, maintenance has failed us. Anywhere but here.

From touring to applying to now signing the lease on a 2 bed / 2 bath at Stone Bridge at Raritan, my experience has been excellent. Karen, my leasing agent, was extremely helpful and courteous at every step—clear communication, quick follow-ups, and genuinely patient with my questions. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself appears clean, modern, spacious, and well-kept, exactly what I was hoping for. The community amenities are plentiful and a big plus. I haven’t met any neighbors yet, but I’m optimistic I chose the right community and look forward to settling in. This complex is the worst living area i have ever seen. I recently wrote a review and they told me to take it down and they will review our submission to break the lease. Long story short they didn't let us, so now I'm going to explain why we want to break the lease. For start I cant go outside without being threatened to get fought . I have been jumped here even had someone try to steal my bike, i had to fight for it back. My friend got jumped here and he lost teeth and had a concussion. The building here all smell like cat piss and weed. Kids smoke everywhere including adults. There is Litter everywhere. We have spoken to the main office multiple times but they do not know how to do their job. This hell hole has made me realize how cruel this world is. You will get hurt mentally and phys
