Crossings at Raritan Station has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The community is beautifully maintained, modern, and always clean, which makes coming home feel comfortable and welcoming every day. One of the biggest highlights is the unbeatable location—having the Raritan train station right next door makes commuting incredibly convenient. The property is also perfectly situated near downtown Somerville and Bridgewater, putting you right in the middle of everything. There is always so much happening in the area, from great restaurants and coffee spots to shopping, entertainment, and local events. It’s the perfect balance of a lively, vibrant atmosphere while still feeling peaceful and residential at home. The apartments themselves are spacious, thoughtfully designed, an

I’ve had a truly great experience living at Crossings at Raritan Station. From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and attentive, which really sets this community apart. Noor, the leasing specialist, is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely hospitable, kind, and patient, and she gives amazing tours of the property. Noor is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly while making you feel comfortable and valued. She is genuinely sweet, and her positive attitude makes a lasting impression. Ryan, the property manager, does an outstanding job managing the community. She is highly organized, professional, and always ready to help residents with any concerns or questions. Ryan truly cares about the well-being of the community and works hard to

Great location and the perfect first apartment! The Crossings has a nice courtyard with grills and tables to use, a well stocked gym and garage parking. The halls are bright and always clean. It's walking distance to restaurants and the train station.

I have family who rent here, and I visit around the holidays. I do not look forward to visiting them because I personally despise this apartment complex and its marketing. CONS: The Crossings advertises itself as luxury rentals, but this gives the impression that whoever does their marketing has never experienced or seen luxury, and is unfamiliar with a dictionary. I've only seem my relatives' apartment unit and cannot say for sure that other units are not appointed in a more luxurious fashion, but theirs certainly is not luxury. This is best-described as a mid-tier monstrously sized apartment complex, charging luxury rental rates. I am under the impression that the rental rate for a two bedroom apartment is $3500. That would be laughable, if it weren't so frustrating seeing my my family s

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and it used to be cool under Carla and Denise they communicated, and maintained the property well. Since new management took over at the end of 2024 with NO notice, it’s been a mess. Constant staff turnover with no notice at times, no communication regarding issues on the property, and repeated issues that are rarely resolved. The dog trash stations are disgusting with feces bringing flies in the summer from it not being changed often ( its changed once a day), the garage has been unsecured for months after multiple “ attempts “ to fix it and it is still not working, and one of the EV chargers (included in our amenity fee) has been broken with no updates. They are quick to put a green sticker on your vehicle window if you're parked in the leasing area during t
