Stockton Townhouse

The manager Jene Davis is very unprofessional. I have never had a write up, warning letter or have I never been late on my rent she decided to put a 30 days notice on my door for no reason.... I asked her as a tenant/mother with children why are we getting this notice "she advised me she don't owe me no explanation" .... How can a person be so cruel and child hearted to put a family out on the streets for nothing... I strongly encourage everyone that wants to tent from her DONT

The old manager who scammed and caused issues is gone! There’s a new manager and she’s kind and empathetic! The manager above her is amazing too. I had issues with an upstairs neighbor but the situation was handled fairly and gracefully. I rented from them twice in different time periods, a one bed and then a two. The apartments are old, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, wall heaters and a/c and no washer/dryer in unit but I’m thankful! No bugs no mice, atleast in the units I stayed in. Quiet area and safe. Stockton is pretty unsafe in many areas but this one is safe enough to take a jog. Most of the community is older people just retired and laidback. I recommend. Maintenance comes fast and rent is not bad at all.
