Sterling Oaks Apartments

I put in a work order back for a busted seal in my living room window back in December. It was closed 2/18 with nothing actually done. We got the run around by mgmt several times (clearly they just sat on the work order) and were told to call Miller glass ourselves to get an update. Why am I, as a renter, managing your projects? Why am I communicating with vendors at all? Now I get to annoy Hignell to spend $700 that they'd have to either way. Karl the maintenance man is awesome but management here is incompetent at best.

We love this LOVING CARING COMMUNITY TEAM & their activities. Was walking the dog last night and I heard “ice cream truck tunes” thinking it was my new ringtone. It was their ice cream golf cart fully loaded with coolers, slowly driving around the parking lot, handing out ice creams. They shuffled over to us, stopped, chatted, and then were on their way to bless more residents. Pretty fun!

Sterling Oaks Apartments is great if you enjoy nature, resort style amenities, and a strong sense community. I love the tranquility of this property as well as the breakfast and events that go on throughout the year. Happy to be here!! 🩶🩶

I did not participate because I didn’t Feel up to standing around waiting or going to look. Perhaps when you do this, you might also plan to wind up at a stationary site for 15 or 20 minutes, say the car wash area or someplace else. I would definitely come and find you if I knew you were going to be in a particular place at a particular time!

Caring community team AND management always seem to allow residents to have a great activity planned.( many times a month) We just enjoyed the summer (movie/pizza/Savors ice cream/ treats/)party. Very generous and warm welcome. Soooo fun!!
