All I can say is do your homework before hiring a real estate agent. Don’t hire one just because you know them. I sold my house last year and bought a another house. I hired an agent from kw. And I ended up being threatened to be sued, due to the poor advice I was given. Having a good agent with years of experience is critical. He’s never checked in on us since the move. Some agents just want to get the transaction completed asap. And they will talk you into putting an offer on the first house you see. Get an agent that will truly care about your well being.
