Worst apartment ever. In October our garbage disposal broke and started leaking from the pipes in the storage closet onto our floor and all through our living room. When maintenance showed up and looked at it, they first had said that we needed a whole new garage disposal and they were going to order a new one and replace it. Only a little bit later they said they had fixed it and we actually didn't need to replace it. Fast forward to now, it has continued to leak from the pipes onto our floor (not just water but garbage disposal waste) and we have submitted multiple more maintenance requests and everytime they come and “fix” it still continues to leak every day. We have constant food waste spilling into our living room, have ruined all of our towels to try and clean it up, not to mention

I had an issue with my lightbulb in my closet. I made a maintenance request and the team was able to replace the bulb within 8 hours. I really appreciate them and there hard work.

Nice room and location BUT genuinely the WORST communication skills ever. They will fine you then send out an email saying “don’t do this.” Thanks for the heads up…not🙄 Cannot wait to get out of here.

they NEVER answer when the people delivering packages ring the doorbell. i have had FOUR PACKAGES delayed or returned to center because the office refuses to answer the phone and let the delivery people in. it is really upsetting and frustrating.

Never seen an apartment so dirty! Had high hopes from the tour we were given. The tour guide alluded that all rooms would be similar size. No! That was not the case. If your kiddo moves in here, bring gloves and cleaning supplies.
