College Station Properties

I live at Preston Place, and for any students or parents looking for a college apartment, I’ve had a really positive experience with College Station Properties. I originally chose it for the location and the strong reviews, and it’s lived up to that. The leasing process was easy, the AppFolio app works well, and the ownership has been great to deal with. I plan to keep living here for the next few years. The rent is still reasonable compared to other places, even with a $100 increase this year, which feels fair given the market. They’re also upgrading units for new residents. Maintenance has been one of the best parts. They’re friendly, fast, and communicate clearly, including notices about towing. We couldn't be any happier with College Station Properties. This company is fantastic to work with. I currently have a son living in one of their properties and will have a daughter living there next year too. Super clean properties on day of move in (I didn't have to clean before moving my son in :) ), quick to respond to a maintenance request, and so easy to communicate with. We are very happy parents having both of our kids living at a College Station Property.

We’ve had such a great experience with College Station Properties in Tuscaloosa! They are incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to maintenance requests—repairs are handled promptly and done right the first time. The staff truly go above and beyond for their residents; when my child wasn’t able to be there, they even helped place items inside the unit for us. It’s rare to find a property management company that combines efficiency with genuine care, but they do just that. Highly recommend!

Wish we rented from College Station Properties from the beginning.. They are very attentive and accommodating as residents in their properties. They do things the right way!! I highly recommend their properties and management!! We have used other surrounding properties and it was a day and night experience!! As a parent of three attending University of Alabama knowing how they care about their tenants has made things easier for me!! Thank you again College Station and management team for all you do!!

We have stayed at College Station Properties some beginning college at UA. Could not be more happy after hearing several horror stories from students staying at different properties. While these building are older, the service with the costs, location to college, office staff and response times for repairs is superior! Highly recommend and appreciate all they do for the students to make their experience a wonderful one!!!
