We had our home built by State Construction 10 years ago and have loved every aspect with no issues whatsoever. Their reputation at the time of the build was stellar by all the craftsmen. I rented from them for a little over ver a year and they were awesome and never intrusive. They have a maintenance guy, Pete, who was the best and quick to fix anything u needed. Great apartment too. The only think I didn’t like is dropping off my rent in person when I like to pay everything online. 😊
