Green Mount Lakes

I have been looking at apartments for the past couple of weeks and Green Mount has stood out above the rest in so many ways. I walked in without an appointment just wanting a flyer. The manager Travis was so extremely helpful! He made me feel right at home, and was so knowledgeable about pretty much everything on and off the property. The layout of the apartments was very open and larger than the other places I’ve looked at. I really like the crown molding and the fact they have a pretty lake to walk around. Thank you Travis for being a breath of fresh air. You really made my day and I can’t wait to call this place home!

Travis the property manager is the best! He goes above and beyond to solve any issues that may arise. Travis is very passionate about his job and takes it very seriously. He’s very kind and thoughtful. I have never met such a caring person in a field such as this. Usually it’s just about collecting rent money, but Travis truly shows he cares not only about the property but his tenants as well. I wish there were more people like him!

The staff at Green Mount are such wonderful and helpful people. The front office people explain the pricing and services really well and are always willing to help out! The maintenance people are kind and are always on top of their work. The location is great and overall a highly recommended spot for anyone willing to live in the O’Fallon/ Belleville area!

Green Mount Lakes has been a great place to live. The office is always so nice when I come in for packages. They are willing to help if I have trouble finding a package. They are helpful with any questions that I have. It’s nice to be greeted and asked how my day is. Maintenance was quick to fix an issue in my apartment and left a nice note explaining what they did. I love my apartment and the view from the patio. The sound of the fountain is relaxing and I can watch it right outside my balcony. I am happy to be at Green Mount Lakes.

Erika was absolutely amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient! She went above and beyond to help my niece find the right apartment. Whatever you’re paying her, it’s not enough. She’s the kind of person who will bring in serious business just due to her outgoing personality! We never once felt pressured, and even with limited time left in her shift, she still took the time to walk us through the property thoroughly and answer every question. By the end of our visit, my niece had already submitted her application. Thank you, Erika, for your outstanding service today!
