Stafford Place Apartments

Really liked this place. Best part is gas station, Walmart are just at a short distance. Near by a forest land. Scenic view. Apartments here are nice and all amenities are present. Floor is provided with carpets in all the rooms.

We have lived here almost 10 years and it’s absolutely amazing !!!! Keesha & Sherri are absolutely phenomenal!! Anthony in maintenance always makes sure everything is taken care of properly and in a timely manner. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon! This community is absolutely great. They do such a great job !!! I would recommend these apartments to anyone !

I’ve lived here since June of 2023. This community is okay. You have good and bad in all areas so that’s not something I judge here. For the most part my time here has been okay. I’m really simple. I will say maintenance is just okay. I don’t really care to put in a work order unless really needed. I’ve called them out for things that break right afterwards or just isn’t fixed so I just let it be if it’s nothing major. Over time parking has definitely become an issue but I’m already on the 3rd floor a little extra walking don’t hurt. However, now I’ve ran into a situation about needing to upload my insurance document to a portal. I retraced my emails and something was sent in Aug that I see. However they send daily digest emails so it’s easy to miss something when you aren’t expecting it.

My boyfriend and I moved here from Carlyle place. They are sister apartments. We fell in love with the balcony and space but heads up You can ONLY get spectrum internet. If we had known this prior we would've picked a different place. We wanted to move here because we had a little one on the way and wanted a safer environment for her to grow up in. Since we moved in it's been an okay place. If you have ANY problems with your apartment maintenance is fast to come help! We moved in November 2022, it has now been 7 months and we'd like people to be aware that our car was STOLEN... we never thought this would happen in a luxury apartment complex...
