Springside Manor

We have lived here for over 10 years. The maintenance is efficient. Things are usually fixed in a timely manner. The road takes a bit of time to get plowed in the winter but not too long. The area is fairly quiet. The areas where it falls short is usually in communication.

Always is clean and well maintained. Safe. Secure

I love living here! my only issue is people not cleaning up after their dogs. You need some kind of surveillance cameras. I wonder how many of these dogs are actually under 45 pounds and are properly taken to the vet for shots.

My husband and I have been here for just about 2 years. We first had 1 bedroom and when we first seen it, we were pleasantly surprised at the space because honestly the photos do it no justice what so ever! The apartments was nice and clean and ready to be moved into! Anytime we only had TWO times where we had to call for any sort of maintenance.. and that was because my vacuum ate a small bit of my rug. The other time was because I accidently got a penny stuck in my garbage disposal, which the maintenance staff responded promptly to! We were so happy we decided to stay after our lease was up and upgrade to a two bedroom.. we did request one with a washer and dryer and a dishwasher, and they had no problems accommodating our wants. A good place to live in the area. Priced competitively especially with most utilities included. Nice location with Weis, Giant, Lowe's and other stores so close, and with access to 222. It was quiet 99% of the time, so that's another plus. My only small gripes are: my apartment didn't have an overhead light in the bedroom (fixed with tall floor lamp easily), and the walls are a bit thin. Overall, I was pleased with my stay at Springside Manor.
