Been here for a year The apartments are very affordable, spacious, large yards with beautiful grass areas. The neighbors are nice and the location is very convenient. On the other hand there is a roach / bug issue-they do keep up with regular exterminator appointments for the issue. It’s a mold problem I wouldn’t be surprised the whole building is infected. The apartments are terribly built you will hear everything from certain Inconsiderate neighbors walking so heavily for no apparent reason causing my mirror to fall over and break!!
Just trying to inquire about apartments was exhausting, horrible communication, unnecessary combative emails just to see listings. I can only imagine if i lived there....
That place is a frigging dump ..a friend of mine lives there.🤢
