Spring Valley Apartments

This property has improved and changed a lot, with property manager available for any emergency issue from day to night. Thanks to new management as well as all the renovations being done, the community has improved a thousandfold. This is a great community!

Scotti the property manager is very polite and personable, she tries to get to know all of her tenants and she was very helpful and patient with helping us move into our apartment. At first I was hesitant but coming to visit you can clearly see that they’ve renovated and made this area a nice peaceful place to live. The trash is gone and they’ve cleaned and redone the apartments. The rent is very reasonable for the area and for what they’ve done to them. I definitely recommend this place!

This is just about your pictures on Google maps they are from 2021...The old office was turned into a three bedroom in 2022 and the new office in 2022 was in the washaterria building across from the mail boxes. I haven't lived there since July of last year. So maybe the same tires are tied up to the same tree and maybe you moved the office back but I doubt it. So new pictures would do you justice and help people see what you are improving. Update your inside pictures as well...I would love to see if the improvements are improving and growing.

Hey this is Cody Davis, I am only 19 yrs old and I’m looking for a place to stay at since the winter is coming. I do live in Sparta NC, and I work down there at KfC! I am willing to put down payments as soon as I’m available and have the time to fill out the application. I am still waiting for the owner to get in touch with me so that way I know what time and day to go get my application. Just let me know if you’ll have anything available it will really help out. I’m just afraid of driving up and down the mountain when I’m scheduled to work. Especially during the winter time. If I love living down here during the winter time, I’m hoping to stay down here during the summers as well do that way it’ll help me with gas. The new property manager is amazing and a pleasure to work with. I came to her with a few complaints and they were fixed within the next day. She takes the opportunity to get to know her tenants on a personal level and genuinely cares!
