I rented with them a few years ago so when it came time to set up a new move I knew exactly who to call! Marybeth & Jamie have been so kind and helpful during a stressful move - I don't handle stress very well tbh so having their help in navigating getting set up in the new place has been a monumental relief. Professional and responsive. So exited to pick up the keys to the new place today! If you're looking for a place in this market I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Both Jamie and Jennifer are highly disrespectful towards tenants, they do not care to help or resolve any issues addressed by the tenants. Making up multiple excuses without actually trying to resolve an issue. Some how managed to use my whole deposit of $995 for “damages”. Worst company to rent from, all they care about is money, like stated before.. don’t believe me? Go ahead and rent from them yourself .. 612 poplar street apartment a statesville nc.. WORST PLACE !!!!!!!!! Jamie hung up on me and told me to never call her again.. all because they refused to prove damages in a timely manner.. again, bad company, the owner is a great Amish guy, Merritt Eaton. His family is amazing, but the company he hired it absolutely trash.

I have used them twice in the last 3 months. Everything was perfect. Jamie Roberts was professional and quick to answer all my questions. She knows her market well and made sure my purchases went smooth. I would highly recommend her and her team.

In my many years of renting, not just in NC, but other states, this is by far the WORST company I've ever rented from. I've been hung up on by the women in the office. I still find it difficult to wrap my mind around how petty, disrespected and juvenile the women who run Premiere Property are. No improvements have ever been made in my almost 4 years renting from them. But my rent has been raised 200 dollars in less than a year and a half. With 30 days notice. STAY CLEAR OF PREMIERE PROPERTY

I rented a one bedroom on bitting Ave Mt Airy north Carolina. First of all they rented this place without cleaning or painting it and they wanted$550 a month. I stayed there two months and got a $506 dollars electric bill. I could not pay $550 a month plus a$250 electric bill to.cold air was coming up from the basement, and I never sleep in the bedroom cause it was to Cold I had to sleep in the living room were they had a motel heater and air conditioner so I had to move. And premier property had the nerve to charge me my$550 deposit plus a fee for staying there for one week while I moved out$138 dollars. So I am just warning people about premier property all they care about is money!!
