Spring Run Apartments

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They barely fix anything. The lady who runs the apartments, is always watching you like your a prisoner. They have cameras so even when she is at home she watches. She makes up rules and says you can't do something, when the lease states otherwise. They have too many reasons to invade your personal space inside your apartment, almost weekly. You cannot park your car a certain way and they have a tow company tow if its not up to date. They dig through your entire life. Stalk your social media accounts. When you work they take majority of your check, you wont have anything left over to pay bills. I wish I didn't move here, I'm trying to find a way out. I literally got a strike towards eviction for trash in my yard and I was not home all day. My mail has been opened a lot.

They are nice HUDD apartments but not at all like the pictures on their website. Management is nice but also gossip about tenants to other tenants. We are over charged for simple repairs that us tenants shouldn't be responsible for. I like my apartment very much but there are a lot of people living here who should have been evicted 10 times over. Lots of people do not watch their kids and those kids bully other kids as well as adults... And many of us have had our windows broken by those children in attempt to gain access inside. Tenants let people stay there off the lease and certain off lease squatters have stolen From tenants, including cars, packages and even pried open mailboxes in the office stealing mail... and that incident was never reported to us. Treat tenants with disrespect and tell others about personal information and let's people forge signature for utility checks 😡😱

Threatened by a older guy while watching over my neices apartment for a week. Awful management too.. big lawsuit coming.
