Colonial Arms Apartments - Lobos Management

I moved into my apartment in March 2024. My one-bedroom apartment is cute and cozy. The floor I live on so far has been quiet and the neighbors are very nice. Everyone does their own thing. The only downfall Is you have to share the water bill with all tenants of your building. This causes my water bill to be quite high because I am actually paying for other multi-tenants usage. Other than that, I like living here.

I lived here for 2 years no issues. Cindy, the maintenance people, and the cleaning lady were wonderful. I moved in right before they installed new washers which was cool since I was new to doing laundry. I’ve lived at 2 other apartments since and while they are “nicer looking” this place never caused me any annoyance.

Lived there 5 years and was very comfortable! Probably would have stayed except moved in with fiance. Lived in the back building, it was very private and quiet. Always felt secure in the building. Cleaning lady Kim does a fantastic job and Fidel in maintenance was always quick to fix anything I needed. Cindy in the office was great. Very sad to leave actually

I’m not one for bad reviews I just took a tour. Horrible Balcony had broken concrete. Bathroom small outdated. Tub prob 40 years old. Kitchen is in like a cave. Photos very misleading. The clincher? I couldn’t hardly see it the tour lady was using phone flashlight to show. U kidding me? U walk a mile to dumpster. Pkgs left in front for pitch pirates. To me? Was a very unclean. Dirty hotel type place. This bad review due to misleading photos n more. I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time like I did. Very sad Tour was horrible. Bad odor. Could not find one good thing about it I’m a Christian military guy N honest. And 850-1000 For that place is robbery They even charge for a old musty locker storage which looks like the munsters lab I’m shocked at the misleading phony photos And upset m

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Don’t even consider living here. Our apartment flooded in Fall of 2021. They refused to reimburse us for the time we couldn’t live in our apartment. Our belongings were destroyed. All they did was replace the carpet. The place is infested with centipedes due to the poor condition of the building itself. There is a moisture problem which caused mold to grow all over the apartment. Expect to feel damp at all times when staying in these apartments. Also expect a smell of mold and mildew to be present. (And DONT leave clothes on the floor or they will be damp) They charged us for not providing a receipt for the carpet cleaning, which we did provide. They charged us for the stove not being clean which it was and countless other charges that we will be disputing. See the pi
