Spring Lake Cove

Spring Lake Cove is honestly one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever dealt with. The staff has terrible attitudes and zero professionalism. They talk to residents any kind of way and act like you’re bothering them when you ask simple questions. The apartments themselves are falling apart. Nothing is in the “cute” condition they advertise—everything is outdated, poorly maintained, and constantly breaking. The onsite laundry has been down forever and never gets fixed. They also NEVER inform residents when major issues come up. They’ll turn the water off for hours—sometimes all day—and won’t bother to send out a notice or update. You’re just left stuck with no explanation. Save your money and your sanity. Spring Lake Cove is not worth it.

No stars! Not even a half of a star! Here it is another month and I still have a leak coming out the bathroom floors! Management and the office workers have nasty attitudes and don’t get nothing done! These will be some good apartments if somebody can repair what needs to be repaired! I have all kinds of water bugs flying around here! I haven’t enjoyed this place since I’ve been here because of the water leak! Call everyday and put in a work order every other day, nothing has been done! No one has a sense of urgency when it comes to the leak and what whatever does health wise! You really can't beat the price. $600 a month gives you everything but electric. If youre late on rebt they charge you an ADDITIONAL $150 on top of the rent. It's not the most convenient to places or interstate, but again the price is right. Some good neighbors, mostly ghetto folk, NO POOL and people get shot at on a regular basis. The entertainment factor of watching and listening to good fights is like a 9 on a ten scale. Not lit very well and you really want to check your place prior to move in. Someone was murdered in my apartment 2 months before i moved in..... Found it out from the neighbors and doing an internet search. Upside of that is everything was replaced with new. You can never get in touch with anyone in the office, the office is closed 95 percent of the time. You can never get anything fixed in a timely fashion. I have been without power in my masterbedroom for 3 days, mold in the main bathroom, pieces of the kitchen floor came up been asking for repairs but get the run around. It's always an excuse about some. The property manager can never give an answer or get anything done. Have been trying to get a number to the owner since I been here.

Trash !!! I just feel like my 963 could go towards better I’ll pay to leave these apartments the false advertising on the website that’s why I picked these apartments
