Southridge

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years now and we have nothing but good to say about this apartment complex. Sure, there have been bumps along the way in living here for as long as we have but no place is perfect. And if you deal with people in a respectful manner, you get respect back simple as that. But as far as management and maintenance is concerned, both departments have been stellar. Nicole has been very respectful and professional and quick to deal with issues. Maintenance is very prompt and they sure work their tails off, even on their off time working the 24-hour phone. The grounds are always so nice, but then you always get those few tenants that dump their trash outside of the dumpster even though they're right in front of them or the dog owners that don't pick up after t

I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes and this one is by far my favorite! The staff is all very nice, responsive and flexible. The gym facility is smaller but one of the nicest and cleanest I've seen in an apartment complex. The greenery is also very beautiful. The only downside is the application process and parent company are very particular about documentation and it feels a bit intrusive, but that isn't reflected upon the staff at this location, they are amazing and friendly 😁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve really enjoyed my time living at South Ridge Apartments. The community is quiet, well-kept, and in a great location. The management has always been friendly and responsive, especially Nicole Hogan, who goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Any time I had a question or maintenance request, it was handled quickly and professionally. I’m moving soon, but I’ll definitely miss living here. I highly recommend South Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.

Excellent staff, I went in for a tour of a two bedroom on their community event day, I got some free pizza and mostly spoke with one of the managers. The residents attending it seemed like great people and I felt like everyone there cared about where they live (and work).
