Southridge Apartments

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I live in one of the townhomes and it's wonderful. It's quiet, not a lot of crime and relatively clean. Neighbors don't bother you, no loud parties and they offer so many activities for children. The office staff is top notch and willing to help you where they can. Though the pool isn't available, they are fixing it and offer pool alternatives. Maintenance is going through an overhaul, but all of them are friendly and address you by name. They even have charging stations for cars and an Amazon Hub on the complex I really only have 2 complaints and 1 suggestion Dumpster areas need to be cleaned and holes sealed. A quicker response of maintenance issues. Suggestion and wish....a dog park😁

My overall experience was satisfactory. My apartment had minor issues but were always addressed in a timely manner. The office staff was polite and always accommodating. The assistant property manager, Hans was always available and pleasant to talk to. The property manager KARIS is truly sent from above. From day one of speaking with her she has been professional, responsive, and incredibly understanding. Communication is always clear and timely. She is definitely an expert at what she does. She is definitely an asset to that property.

They delete revider because they know what People say is true, no parking after snow storm, place is a less, and they do not care! Someone can slip here because the walkways are not cleaned and they will only care about their money! Place is full of roaches, this guy Hans always sitting at his desk at the office is so rude to tenants! And don’t bother complaining to the coorporate because they’re all the same! They break the rule of the lease, lie about it and their maintenance are worse! If you’re looking for a good place, this is not the place here! Find somewhere better! Mice, roaches spiders and they fail to fumigate properly, they tow cars selectively without proper notice as they want and their towing company is illegal, they force you you pay by cash only without receipt upon paymen

Overall me and my wife had an amazing experience, we had help from Mimi and she went above and beyond to help us get a place, we now call home. She helped us in every way possible, if you are looking for a home south ridge ask for Mimi she was amazing!!!

This complex has declined so much since Covid. I've been here since 2018 and up until recently within the last 2yrs there has been issues with mice and roaches in the apartments and complex. I love the location and the school my son attends but I am very upset with how complaints and maintenance issues are handled. I have had 5...YES 5 mice in my apartment since Christmas and the issue has not been rectified yet! If you call to ask to speak with Hans who used to be amazing as a Leasing Consultant but since becoming part of management has really disappointed me with his responses and level of concern. You always get told someone will call you and no one calls. Someone will get back to you and no one gets back to you. Pest control is a joke because how do you come treat for mice and tell
