The Mainstays team manages two of our properties in Maryland and we have been very pleased with their performance. They are a reliable, organized, and collaborative partner. They do well in staying on top of all routine items and being thoughtful about extraordinary scenarios. While managing our properties, they have successfully navigated permit issues, basic maintenance, and larger repairs such as a sewer line replacement. We appreciate the fact they have an in house maintenance team to handle smaller items and that Kyle/Mandy work closely with us on larger repairs when we desire to help us maximize our approach.

Soooooo, our refrigerator went on the fritz. Just woke up one morning and EVERYTHING was WARM. $300 worth of groceries gone. We called Mandy and Kyle from Mainstay. They gave us troubleshooting directions but no avail. When they found out that it didn’t work they worked so fast to send us a new refrigerator. If they could have sent it the same day they would have but they were able to get one rushed to us by the next day. I have no complaints. They had so much empathy in their tones and they made us feel their concern for us. They worked so fast and with care. THANK YOU KYLE AND MANDY. Keep up the great work. We’re blessed to have you all as our property managers.

Based on the reviews they seem like a good company but definitely lack in communication. I inquired about a home and scheduled to look at it. I went on a self guided tour and I was excited because I liked the place. I received a message from Ny asking how I liked the place and if I wanted application instructions. I went online to apply but they property was not on the drop down list, mind you I just left the property. I responded letting them know I wanted to apply but got no response until the next day stating the property was no longer available. Just bad communication when it comes to these companies. I was really interested and they let me down. Update: the company reached out to rectify my concern. I appreciate their swift response. I can say they do try to explain the situation.

From the very first private viewing of the property, to signing my lease online, to the seamless move-in process—every single step has been absolutely stellar. Mainstay sets the bar high.
