Southgate Landing

The application process was amazing, Destinie is a life saver. If it wasn’t for my last apartment giving so much crap and dragging their feet the process would have been a lot faster. For as much as I called the office to check in on my application they didn’t lose their patience at all, instead they walked me through what was going to happen next. They talk you through everything and leave no stone unturned. The apartment complex is beautifully maintained and cared for and they take security very seriously. Highly recommend Southgate!

The place was clean. Two dead waterbugs in the display unit shower but it's a display unit and at least that means they actually spray and maintain pest control. Beautiful grounds, attentive and informative front desk and tour guide. I wish these places included "all in pricing" online instead of finding out that's "base rent" and another $200 in fees and utilities will apply every month.

i honestly love the place i drove in for the first time and it looked very nice and looked calm destiny was very helpful with our move in process is one of the nicest people you’ll meet and didn’t leave out any details. left no room for questions about if this was the place i wanted to make a home. the place is very clean and full of nice people honestly an amazing place with the best management

Remodeled unit was nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. The apartment is close to pretty much everything you need. My only complaint is that the floors are pretty thin so you can hear everything above you.

Great overall experience from first inquiry to move-in day. Destinie was such a joy to work with, and helped make the process hassle-free!
