Southern Property Management has been an unmitigated disaster from the minute we reported the neglect to our departure. This firm has materially failed to perform even the most basic duties for which it was hired. As the property owner, I have endured months of neglect, excuses, and outright disregard for contractual obligations. Their list of failures is long and deeply concerning: Neglect in property care and oversight—the home was allowed to deteriorate to the point of becoming an eyesore in the neighborhood. Total lack of communication—calls and emails go unanswered for weeks, if they respond at all. Failure to rent the property—despite clear opportunities, they made no genuine attempt to secure tenants, seemingly as retaliation after I called out their poor performance. Unavailabil

This company isn’t worth renting from at all. You have to harass them to get any type of maintenance done on the home. It took four months for our toilet to be replaced and repaired and four months for the back yard fence to be fixed. After getting an entirely new fence the gate to our fence broke after a storm and they refused to fix it. They will send maintenance to your home without notifying you and refuse to communicate on how many people are touring the home during tours. After we decided not to renew our lease they tried doing a tour WITHOUT giving a 24 hr notice. When my husband called to ask about how many people would be touring on the days they scheduled he was told verbatim “you’ll have to assume it will be multiple people touring.” Despite being told only ONE tour was happenin

Extremely disappointing experience with Southern Property Management. Our HOA has repeatedly requested transparency and documentation regarding how our dues are being handled, but we’ve been ignored and given the runaround. Communication is poor, and important financial information is not being provided despite multiple requests. As a co-owner, Shaana should be setting a higher standard of honesty and professionalism, but instead we’ve experienced the opposite. It’s frustrating when homeowners simply want accountability and fair treatment. Until there’s a change in management or real transparency, I cannot recommend Southern Property Management to anyone looking for responsible property oversight. I would not recommend this company based on my experience renting with them for two years. Throughout my tenancy, I encountered ongoing issues with the apartment that were often left unresolved. Additionally, communication from the company was consistently poor, making it difficult to address concerns or receive timely updates. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and maintenance support significantly impacted my rental experience.

This place does literally nothing for their customers except takes their money. You can't get in touch with them for anything but you better believe you hear from them when they want your HOA dues. They started adding on to everyone's fees because some people didn't pay. Mass punishment. Definitely stay away from this company.
