Southern Pines

Southern pines is quiet, enjoyable and beautiful! As a mover I enjoy meeting the new people from all over the world who now reside in SW Florida!

My in-laws live here and it seems like a nice place. It was privately owned previously but a big corporation came in and bought it. Home owners can no longer hire their own roofing company to make repairs and MUST use the corporation's roofer to do work on their homes. Seems a bit illegal to me. It is their own home afterall and not part of the park property. There was also something about the cable services being changed and the home owners given an option to use direct TV as a replacement or settle for very limited cable channel service. More arm barring by a big corporation.

A wonderful 55+ community of mobile homes conveniently located in Bonita Springs, between Ft Myers and Naples. My wife's parents have owned there for over 20 years.

The community was great. They heated pool was nice and the community is nice. I wish it had a gym though. A lot of the older community could use a gym for their physical therapy.

It has recently changed ownership . My mother and father in-law live here and have been here for many years. Is very nice place to live have streets for pets and non pets.
