I worked with Georgia Pinto at The Local. She was invaluable as I had started out in the midst of trying to sell by owner and got in over my head. She stepped in and we were able to get our asking price, cash sale, and then she helped us find a perfect new home and purchase it in time to line up the closings of both homes.

HAD I KNOWN EVERYTHING.... I never would have rented from them. I would make sure to have a building inspection done, that the locks actually work, pool works, leaks in the roof, etc. Furthermore, I would do a though cleaning inspection, pool is clean, check every filter, etc. This was supposed to be a joyous occasion in my life.... and it's been terrible and a massive hassle!

Kim Nash was great. She gave us great service and valuable insight into the community and made us feel very comfortable. We are anxious to move into our new home.

Samantha Pasquino did a great job. She was very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend her and her company. Nicky Marshall also was a big help in making sure things moved along smoothly. Thanks to you both for finding us our Florida home.
