Southern Coast Vacations

The rental itself was lovely, but communication from Southern Coast Vacations had been poor. I accidentally left behind a pair of headphones, and after several phone calls was finally able to reach Kim. She confirmed that the cleaners had found my headphones. But though I have called and left many messages in the months since, here we are in November. No sign of my lost property. No updates. UPDATE: I got my headphones back! It took over two months, and a good deal of persistence on my part, but I'm really grateful for their return!

Our large family has been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach since the 1970's. This was our first year renting through Southern Coast Vacations and they were the BEST! Kim was very attentive to our needs. When we had an issue with the hot tub she resolved the problem the same day we called. She text me as soon as the house was ready for us to check in. The house was clean and just as listed. I highly recommend this company.

Kim has been a pleasure to work with and always willing to help when we call for assistance. I look forward to working with her and the whole team at Southern Coast Vacations for many years.

We absolutely loved our winter unit in Xanadu this winter. We stayed for January , February and March and couldn’t be happier. Kim at southern coast is the most pleasant, accommodating and delightful person we have ever dealt with. She dealt with any issues we might have had immediately. Our kitchen in this unit was like being at home. Well stocked with seemingly new pots and pans and bakeware I was so comfortable in this kitchen. Beds were very comfortable as well. Thank you to everyone for making our winter holiday a delight. We hope to see you next year Kim.💕
